Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (Schedule may change according to Business needs.)

We are looking for a dynamic leader who is open to guidance by a results-driven leadership team The Program Director is responsible for the planning, directing, coordinating, and oversight of all programmatic and clinical supervisory aspects of the community outreach programs in Region 4. Region 4 programs include Intensive In Home, Crisis Stabilization and Mental Health Skill Building. The Program Director includes recruitment, training, guidance, direct supervision of subordinates, ensuring the company and its team meet DBHDS and DMAS requirements, and guaranteeing the implementation and maintenance of efficient services that meet the current and future needs of the consumers served by Gateway Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Program Director is responsible for the planning, directing, coordinating, and oversight of all programmatic and clinical supervisory aspects of the community outreach programs in Region 4
- The Program Director includes recruitment, training, guidance, direct supervision of subordinates, ensuring the company and its team meet DBHDS and DMAS requirements, and guaranteeing the implementation and maintenance of efficient services that meet the current and future needs of the consumers served by Gateway Services
- Minimum Requirement: QMHP Registration
- Responsible for overseeing and developing the Intensive In Home, Crisis Stabilization and Mental Health Skill Building programs in Region 4 including hiring, employee supervision, evaluation and scheduling
- Also, you are expected to develop, plan and implement strategies for program continuation and growth
- Utilizes standardized assessment and diagnostic tools at minimum to assure a comprehensive assessment occurs resulting in a diagnosis that is relevant to the client
- Provide referral sources with all relevant information both verbally and in writing that supports the findings of the assessment, diagnosis, and the goals of the service plan
- Maintains strictest confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
